1. Acceptance
By using the Hyperion Quantum Credit Nexus (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational Tool — Not Legal Advice
The Service is an educational analysis tool. Outputs — including violation detections, damages estimates, litigation scores, statute-of-limitations checks, and generated documents — are informational only and do not constitute legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or guarantee any outcome. Consult a licensed FCRA/FDCPA attorney before making litigation decisions. Court filings must be conformed to local rules by qualified counsel.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to: (a) only analyze credit data you are authorized to access; (b) not use the Service for credit repair services in violation of CROA (15 U.S.C. §1679) or state analogs; (c) not misrepresent generated documents as attorney work product; (d) not attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Accounts & Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for safeguarding any API credentials you use. Saved cases are your responsibility to manage and delete.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its violation database, scoring algorithms, and templates, is owned by RJ Business Solutions. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STATUTES AND CASE LAW CHANGE; VERIFY ALL CITATIONS BEFORE RELIANCE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RJ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
