1. Who We Are
RJ Business Solutions ("we," "us") operates the Hyperion Quantum Credit Nexus platform ("the Service"), an educational credit-report analysis tool. Our website is rjbusinesssolutions.org.
2. Information We Process
Analysis data. Credit report JSON you paste or fetch via the MyFreeScoreNow integration is processed in-memory to produce analysis results. Unless you explicitly save a case, report contents are not persisted after your request completes.
Case records. If you save a case, we store the consumer name, contact email, state, analysis snapshot, and notes you provide, so you can track dispute progress.
Credentials. MFSN API credentials configured as server secrets never reach the browser. Credentials entered in the browser form are transmitted over HTTPS for the single request only and are never stored.
3. How We Use Information
We use the data solely to deliver the analysis, document generation, and case-tracking features you request. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
4. Third-Party Services
Live credit pulls use the MyFreeScoreNow API under your authorization. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policy. Static assets load from CDNs (Tailwind, Font Awesome, Google Fonts, Chart.js, axios).
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Saved cases persist until you delete them via the Cases tab or API. You may request deletion of any stored data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We use HTTPS in transit, server-side secret storage for API credentials, and edge-hosted infrastructure (Cloudflare). No method of transmission is 100% secure; do not paste full Social Security numbers into free-text fields.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
