1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions or services purchased directly from RJ Business Solutions for the Hyperion Quantum Credit Nexus platform.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Window
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that first payment. This window applies once per customer.
3. Recurring Billing
Subscription renewals may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Renewal payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law, but you retain access through the period you paid for.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom development work, completed consulting engagements, and third-party costs (e.g., credit monitoring fees payable to MyFreeScoreNow) are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.
5. How to Request
Email support@rjbusinesssolutions.org with your account email and purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve virtually all billing issues directly and faster.
